EIF-98SW (ELECOM)

C bus bus master SCSI-2 board.Three 8 series dip switches and 3 jumpers on the board
There are 3 switches.There are a few errors in the manual.
The final ROM seems to be 1.24. As it is, it does not correspond to HDD more than 1GB, but charge of ROM
It is possible to correspond by version upgrade.Windows 95 ROM version 1.24 board
Only compatible.Older ROM version boards need to be upgraded.

・ 8-station dip switch SW1: SCSI-ID of board, interrupt level, setting of DMA channel

  OFF-ON: Model with both normal mode and high resolution mode, high resolution board

1-2: I / O page address setting

3-4: ON-ON-ON (System reservation, change prohibited)
5: Transfer mode setting
  ON: Automatically switch DMA / bus master transfer depending on CPU type (factory setting)
  OFF: Forced DMA transfer
6-7-8: OFF-ON-ON (System reservation, change prohibited)
※ It is used in advance mode with Epson PC (when it is used in normal mode, DMA
　Will be transferred).When using OS / 2, bus master mode is canceled automatically.

・ Jumper switch SW4, SW5, SW6: All short circuit between 2 side pin and center pin
